Mpower U Wellness (“we”, “us”) is operated by Harsiddhi Pancholi. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how it is handled. - Enquiries: your name, email address, optional phone number, the pathway you are interested in, and the message you send.
- Booking a discovery call: your name, email, phone number and chosen time, collected by our scheduling provider (Calendly).
- Website use: basic technical information such as pages visited and device type, if you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Please do not include detailed health information in website forms. Anything you choose to share is kept confidential and used only to reply to you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your discovery call.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We use trusted service providers who handle it on our behalf: Calendly (scheduling), Google (website analytics, if enabled) and our website hosting provider. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union.
Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to provide support and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Children
Support for children and teenagers is arranged with a parent or caregiver, who provides the information. Our website forms are intended for adults.
