Muscle Testing
According to scientific research, your conscious mind makes up less than 10% of your total brain function. That means that the Subconscious or unintentional aspect of your mind represents around 90% of your total brain function.
What is muscle testing?
The basic principle of kinesiology-style muscle testing is that when there’s some stress or abnormal nervous system input to a muscle, it “weakens”. During a muscle test, a practitioner applies a force to one muscle or group of muscles, with a particular intent in mind. The muscle is then labelled “week” or “strong” based on its ability to resist this force.
What is muscle testing used for?
Muscle testing is used to determine the state of organs and organ systems, to evaluate nutritional status and the need for supplementation, to detect imbalances in the meridians and chakras, to discover the presence of mental or emotional stress, and to identify chemical sensitivities and “allergies”.
How muscle testing works?
Muscle testing is based on principles of biomagnetic energy. While our conscious mind is mostly oblivious to these energies, we believe our subconscious minds profoundly affected by them. Our premise is that the subconscious can lead the body to respond to or reinforce positive energy. and to avoid or refuse negative energy. These responses are what make muscle testing possible.
We can tap into this relationship between the subconscious mind and energy by asking “true/false” questions, and then checking the body’s response.
Response can be checked a number of ways, but is often done with methods like the Arm test, where the subject simply holds one arm outstretched in front of them, parallel to the floor. The tester then places two fingers on the subject’s wrist, and asks a question, placing a small amount of pressure on the writs. If the subject’s arm resists, that is a “strong response,” and it equates to a “yes” answer. If the arm gives way under the pressure, that’s a “weak response,” and equals a “no” answer. This strong response/weak response is the basis of muscle testing.

Inside a body code session
Emotion code/body code sessions are brief, simple and non-invasive
The Emotion code/Body code is designed to get answers about your health directly from your subconscious.
It uses specific questioning, charts, and muscle testing (a form of biofeedback) to get those answer. Often, this helps us identify imbalances that, once resolved, may allow full health to return. We can then release those imbalances through magnetic energy and principles of ancient Chinese medicine. We may also identify what actions might be needed to restore balance.
Session notes detailing the imbalances we release are sent to you via email after every session.
